After you've submitted the Background Screening Form in the candidate portal by confirming that you have provided true and accurate information, you can't amend or add additional information directly to the form.
If you need to provide further information regarding your background check, please contact the Verifile Candidate Team via Live Chat, call +44 (0) 1234 339 300 or email at hello@verifile.co.uk so we can add the information for you.
You CAN still upload documents though for your background check through the candidate portal after submitting the online form. To do this, simply login to the candidate portal, and select the relevant check.
This will bring you to the upload documents page, where you can provide the relevant documents.
