• What are Verifile’s quality control procedures?

Modified on Mon, 12 Aug at 4:31 PM

Verifile constantly pay attention to the quality of information and verified facts we give out to our customers in the final report, as this is our primary mission.

We have various internal processes in place designed to evaluate the quality of checks that each department performs to make sure we exhaust all likely avenues for errors. We go the extra mile to get references, and provide the client with accurate and objective results.

In the final report given to clients, we provide detailed reasoning on why checks may have negative results and explain possible discrepancies in the information given by the candidate and those we obtained in the course of our checks.

Below are the main quality control standards that Verifile maintains in the process of an internal audit:

  • Ensuring we satisfy the client’s requirements outlined in their policy / order package.
  • Maintaining a high level of security and complying with GDPR rules, especially when dealing with third parties.
  • Certifying that we collect accurate information from the candidate and compare it with the information obtained through the background screening process.
  • Conducting independent investigations in the preliminary stages of references checks.
  • Assessing and investigating any discrepancies to ensure we have maintained accuracy throughout the process.
