When completing the online form, you'll be asked whether you hold a valid driving licence.
This means that the driving licence will need to be within date, and list your full current legal name, and your full current address. If your driving licence has expired, or any of this information is not up to date, you cannot proceed, and will need to select 'No' to holding a valid driving licence.
If you select yes to holding a valid driving licence, you'll be presented with the required information for this document:
For issuing country, you'll need to select the country that the driving licence is from.
Your driving licence number will be the most important detail to enter for this section. It is imperative that you enter this number exactly as it shows on your licence, as the information is directly connected to your name and your date of birth.
Your U.K driving licence number should consist of 16 characters - this means that you do not need to include the two numbers at the end. Additionally, this should not contain any spaces.
If you receive an error even after checking the number is entered correctly, please contact the Candidate Team directly via Live Chat or the number at the top right of this page.
