• I have submitted my Background Screening Form but want to add further documents or information. How do I do this?

After you have submitted the Background Screening Form in the candidate portal by confirming that you have provided true and accurate information, you can't amend or add additional information directly to the form.

 


If you need to provide further information regarding your background check, please contact the Verifile Candidate Team on +44 (0) 1234 339 300 or email at hello@verifile.co.uk so we can add the information for you.

 

You CAN still upload documents for your background check through the candidate portal after submitting the online form. To do this, simply login to the candidate portal, and select the relevant check. 


This will bring you to the upload documents page, where you can provide the relevant documents.



Best practice


You can upload your documents directly through the candidate portal at any time during an ongoing background check, and can contact Verifile to provide additional information.
