If, when you log in to the candidate portal, you discover there are no tasks for you to complete (No Items Available), such as a background screening form, you need to do the following.
- Ensure that you have logged in with the same method you did originally.
For example, if you logged in with your email address and then attempt to log in with Facebook subsequently, the site cannot associate you to your screening form.
You must log in with the same method. - Try refreshing the page.
- Log out and back in via the "get started" button/link found in your welcome email.
- Please make sure nobody else has pressed the "get started" link in this email sent to you - as this could link your checks to their account.
If you have double checked these steps, please contact us to verify that your employer has placed an order for you.
