If you've logged in and the screen says there's nothing to complete / no items available, don't worry — it usually means your application has already been submitted or is waiting for further steps from someone else.


Why am I seeing this message?

  • You’ve already submitted everything. If your part is done, the system won’t show any active tasks.
  • Your employer or sponsor hasn’t opened the checks yet. Sometimes, organisations create accounts in advance and activate the forms later.
  • There may be a technical delay. Occasionally, your form might take a few minutes to load. Try logging out and back in again after 10–15 minutes.
