Important Notice
Verifile is a data processor acting on behalf of the company that requested your checks (the Data Controller). Therefore, we cannot delete your data without their explicit approval.
What You Can Do
- Contact the employer or organisation that requested your checks.
- Ask them to submit a Subject Access Request for data deletion to Verifile.
- Once approved, Verifile will coordinate the deletion with the Data Controller
We will redirect your request to the Data Controller – the employer – since they have authority over deletion.
