Once you have submitted the online form in your candidate portal, it is likely you'll receive an email from us confirming which documents you've selected to show to your potential employer for your DBS check.
At this point, you might realise you've selected an incorrect document—such as a Non-UK Driving Licence instead of a UK Photocard driving licence.
In order to correct this, you can let your prospective employer know when you show them your documents, and they can update the selected documents. Alternatively, you can let Verifile know as soon as possible, and we'll update this for you.
