How to Raise a Dispute
- Contact our support team using Live Chat or hello@verifile.co.uk.
- Provide your full name, the email address used during your checks, and a short description of what you believe is incorrect.
- Include any documents, evidence, or screenshots that support your case.
We will confirm receipt of your dispute and update you after our review. If we need more information, we’ll let you know.
What Happens After You Submit?
We’ll check the information with the original data source, such as a former employer, university, or screening database. If anything is incorrect, your report will be amended and updated automatically.
If the information is found to be accurate, we’ll explain why and let you know the next steps if you wish to escalate.
