When we’ll contact you

  • If a piece of information is missing or unclear
  • To remind you if a deadline is approaching
  • If there’s an issue or something needs verifying (e.g., a document or reference)


How we’ll contact you

  • Email: Most communication will come via email. Please check your inbox and spam folder regularly.
  • Phone: In rare cases where speed is important, we may call you directly.

If you’re unsure whether a message is genuinely from Verifile, don’t hesitate to double-check.
