• Can Verifile tell me the results of my checks?

Verifile does not have permission to give you the results of your checks.

This is because we are the Data Processor, while the employer requesting the check is the Data Controller.

Once all the checks are complete, we compile a final report and send it to the company that has requested your background checks.

It is up to that company, as data controller, to determine if they wish to share information from the report with you.
