For our clients, Verifile, as a company, is the Data Processor for candidates. This means the client, as the prime controller of the candidate’s private information, is ultimately responsible for the data held for each candidate.
If you have any queries about your information held on Verifile’s system or you wish to withdraw or remove data from our system, you will need to contact the organisation who placed the background screening order on our system.
We dedicate ourselves to providing excellent customer service for our clients and candidates and understand that not all individuals can be satisfied with their experience.
