How It Works

  1. After your employer places your order, a Welcome Email is sent automatically.
  2. The email includes a secure link to set up your profile and create your password.
  3. Choose your login method: email, Facebook, Google, Apple, or Microsoft.
  4. We don’t send usernames or passwords directly via email.

Can’t Find It?

Still nothing? Check your spam or junk folder first.

Then confirm with the company who placed your checks:

  • Has the order been placed?
  • Is the email address correct?
 Still No Email After Confirmation? 

If everything checks out and you still haven't received it, contact Verifile immediately. We'll resend your Welcome Email within minutes, so you can access your portal without delay.
