On completion of our checks, we send a final report to the organisation who requested the background check.
If you disagree with something shown on the report and wish to dispute the results, you will need to speak with the organisation that requested the check (usually your prospective employer) and advise them if there is something you do not think is accurate information.
The organisation will then bring it to our attention and might place a new order to re-run the checks in order to get new results.
We cannot discuss, comment on, or handle the dispute for you. You must action it through the organisation who requested your checks.
