• How do I dispute the information found in my background check?

Modified on Mon, 5 Aug at 10:47 AM

If you think that some of the information we have discovered in the process of your background check is not entirely accurate and would like to dispute this, you must speak with the organisation that requested your background checks (this could be a prospective employer).

Once they are aware, they may be happy to accept your explanation, or may request we look into this further.

If the latter is the case, we may proceed with further checking this information at their request.

Verifile is not permitted to discuss discrepancies with anyone other than the client (Your prospective employer).
