This article will provide accurate and relevant information on Background Screening forms in order to assist you with completing the background check.
- During the pre-submission phase of a background check, we will assist the candidate (you) in providing accurate information on the initial screening form via telephone calls, live chat, or by email where required. You can reach out to us for help by these methods with any queries you may have. We are available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (UK time) for telephone and email, whereas Live Chat may vary.
- Based on the service type requested by the client (your prospective employer), we may contact you within 48 hours of the checks being requested, to provide you with a reminder of the requirements for submitting the online screening form and answer any questions you may have.
- We also keep in touch with you or the client (based on the service type) for any outstanding information required for the ongoing background checks.
- Based on the client service type (which is how we refer to what level of service the employer has chosen), we may contact you to reconfirm information after the submission of the screening form.
- We only handle your data for very specific purposes, on behalf of the employer/client in line with current GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations).
