• What should I do if I want to disclose an issue which may be revealed by my background checks?

It is imperative that you provide us with true and valid information when completing your screening form to enable us to conduct accurate background checks.

Your candidate portal gives you access to the screening form, which is part of our screening process, whereby we ask you to complete, amongst other things, your employment/home address history and declare any criminal convictions, etc.

If you have an issue you wish to disclose that may affect these checks, we advise you to discuss this as soon as possible with the company that has requested your background screening.
