Logging in to your candidate portal will display the current status of any checks carried out.
Look for the multi-coloured pills and select one. This will show the status of your checks.
This is a rough guide only and doesn't give timelines.
Look at the top of each section for the status of any checks.
The below image shows 3 checks, each with a unique status, from Action Required, cancelled, and Complete.
You should complete any Action Required requests as soon as possible. You'll also see how many hours are remaining to complete said task and your VF Reference Number for your convenience.
Verifile can provide you with status updates throughout the process and we can let you know which checks are complete and which are still in progress.
We cannot provide you with the results of your checks.
