• Digital ID pulled over my data incorrectly. What do I do?

In some rare instances, your chosen app for your Digital ID check may misread the information on your ID documents, resulting in your name being incorrect, or errors that state your information doesn't match. 


As long as your ID documents are in your full and current legal name, we can correct this information for you.


Please provide us with copies of the ID documents you scanned and contact us before you submit the online form.


Contact us via Live Chat, or email the scanned document to hello@verifile.co.uk, stating the reason for inclusion and your Verifile Reference Number (VFXXXXXXX).

Well then raise this issue with our IT team and notify you once they correct it, allowing you to proceed with the screening form.
