In some rare instances, your chosen app for your Digital ID check may incorrectly read the information on your ID documents, resulting in your name being incorrect, or errors that state your information does not match.
As long as your ID documents are in your full and current legal name, we can correct this information for you. Please provide us with copies of the ID documents that you scanned and contact us before you submit the online form.
We will then be able to raise this to our IT team and let you know once this is corrected so that you can proceed with the screening form.
