If you're completing a digital ID check, all documents scanned must be in your full current legal name.

This means that you cannot use a passport in your maiden name.

If you're not undergoing a digital ID check, you'll have slightly more options regarding your passport.

While you still won't be able to use this for most checks, you can use this for a UK Right To Work check, provided that you present a proof of name change document along with the passport—such as a marriage certificate.
