• How do I change my email address?

When you initially receive a welcome email from us asking you to complete your background checks, you do not need to set up your profile using the same email address you received this to. 

As long as you have clicked the 'Get Started' button in the welcome email, your order will use whatever email address you sign up or login with. Meaning, at this stage, you can use any email address you have access to.

It is essential that we hold the correct email address for you, as our Candidate Team may need to reach out to you for further information. With this in mind, please ensure you sign up using an email address you actively use.

Should you wish to change the email address associated with your account, this can be done from within the candidate portal. 

You will first need to login using the details you previously set-up, then click 'Account Management'. 

This will then take you to the relevant page where you can change your email and password. 

The above screen will vary according to the type of email used.

Here, you can type in your new email in the 'Email*' field, and click 'send verification code'.

This will generate a code and send this to the new email inbox, which you will need to get and enter in the box that appears next to your email on the candidate portal. 

Once you have typed in the verification code, you will only need to press 'Change Email', which will then successfully change the email.

This will be confirmed by a pop-up in the bottom right corner.
