• Why Am I Seeing “No Items Available” in My Candidate Portal?

If you've logged in to the Candidate Portal and the screen indicates that there’s nothing to complete or no items available, don't worry — it usually means your application is waiting for further steps from someone else, or needs an easy fix from yourself to link it to your account.



Why am I seeing this message?

  • Your employer or sponsor hasn’t opened the checks yet. Sometimes, organisations create accounts in advance and activate the forms later.
  • You haven't linked your order yet. In some cases, your browser may get 'stuck' when linking your order (which is contained in the 'get started' email we sent you). Try revisiting this email and clicking this button once again. 
  • There may be a technical delay. Occasionally, your form might take a few minutes to load. Try logging out and back in again after 10–15 minutes.
