• I can't find my country under the address section

How to ensure you can select your desired country in the address section of your background screening form.

In the latest iteration of candidate portal, we have identified a limitation.

In the address section of the form, we only display the top 50 countries on our drop down list, without the ability to scroll a whole list. (This is because it isn't a true drop down list, but another method we have employed).

While we work to resolve this, here's how you can find your country.

Use the search box to type the name of your country. It will populate in the list for you to choose. Not only that, you can type partial words, such as UG for Uganda, in other words you don't need to type the whole word.

Use the Select a Country field in the address section of the background screening form to locate your countries name.
