• Are there any file size limitations for documents sent to Verifile?

A candidate must ensure that the files do not exceed 10MB when sending documents to Verifile via email, or uploading to the Verifile Candidate Portal.

If the size exceeds this, they should send the files in separate emails or they could compress all the files in one ZIP folder and attach it to the email, ensuring the ZIP file is no larger than 10MB.

Please note: we only accept the following attachment types.

.docx	.htm
.xls	.html
.xlsx	.odt
.csv	.ods
.pdf	.ppt
.rtf	.pptx
.jpg	.xml
.jpeg	.xps
.gif	.tiff
.bmp	.tif
.png
