- This applies to disclosures for Level 1, Level 2, Level 2 with Barred List and Level 2 with PVG.
- There is no requirement for individuals to set up a ScotAccount for Level 1 disclosures; however, doing so will allow you to access your results digitally.
- There is a requirement for individuals to set up a ScotAccount for Level 2, Level 2 with Barred List or Level 2 with PVG. Individuals will need to submit some personal information directly to Disclosure Scotland and share disclosure results with Verifile.
