• How do I change my residential address?

If you would like to update your address on the online form, you will need to progress through to the 'Personal details' page, or select the same from the drop-down menu above the green progress bar. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and you'll be met with the 'Address' section.

Select the relevant country and begin typing your address into 'Start typing your address to search' field.

Once you have entered address details here, the form will present you with a list of matching addresses in the drop-down list.

Select your address from this list.

The form will now populate your address into all the relevant fields.

If you have selected the wrong address, search again or select another option from the drop-down list.

If your address is outside of the UK, it may not show up on the drop-down list.

Should this be the case, select any of the incorrect addresses on this drop-down list, and you will be presented with the abilty to enter your country and the ability to edit the entire address manually.

You can return to this section at any time, pre-submission, to edit an address.

Select 'Personal details' and choose an address to edit.

Select 'Edit' to make the change.

Many Non-UK addresses will also give the option to enter your address manually without searching.
