• My address does not appear on the Background Screening form

When providing your address history, you may be unable to locate your address on the drop-down menu after typing in your address. 



If this is the case, you can either:


1. Select a similar address and correct this.

2. Add your address in manually. 

If opting for the first option, you will first need to select one of the incorrect addresses, then choose 'Edit Address'.


This will present you with the option to remove or change any parts of the selected address. 


Should you choose to add your address manually, you will only need to select the relevant option underneath the address search: 

Edit Address
