• Emails from Verifile are going to my junk folder. How can I correct this?

Sometimes, your email provider may mark our emails as spam or junk. 


To 'whitelist' Verifile's email addresses and ensure that any emails from us are no longer delivered to your junk folder, you will first need to locate an email that you have received from the selected email address (usually hello@verifile.co.uk or donotreply@candidateportal.verifile.co.uk).

Once you have located the relevant email, you will need to click the toolbar in your email app, and click 'Not Junk' or 'Not Spam'. Alternatively, if you have the email open, you can select the 'It's not junk' link at the top of your page. 

Lastly, you can also add the chosen email address to your safe senders list, or contact book within your email account. 


All of the above options will ensure that any emails received from us in the future will no longer be marked as spam.
