In some instances, you may get stuck on a green 'loading bar' page when trying to access the Verifile website.

This most commonly occurs on Apple devices, using the 'Safari' browser. To resolve this issue, we recommend trying to load the site from another browser, such as Chrome or Edge, both downloadable from the AppStore, as this will usually allow you to proceed as normal.

If this does not resolve the issue for you, we would advise to enter your browser settings, and clearing your cache.
