The information used to create your profile is initially provided to us by the company requesting your background checks.



Sometimes, the information used at this point can be incorrect or a placeholder for your actual information - or can even just be a typing mistake.


If your name has been spelled incorrectly when you receive your Welcome Email, worry not. This can easily be corrected once you login to your background screening form to provide your details.


Please note, however, that your username cannot be corrected at logon, so you'll still need to use the incorrect spelling in order to log in.


If your name has been spelled incorrectly on the background screening form after scanning in your documents (Meaning your name is greyed out and cannot be amended), please contact us via Live Chat or call us as soon as possible in order to correct this.
