• How can I get a copy of my Background Screening Form from a previous screening?

If you need any information you have provided in the screening form or require information on your background check, you'll need to request this from your employer directly who has requested the background check.

As Verifile act a processor of your data while the client (your employer) acts as the data controller, we're not permitted to provide information directly to you without their permission.

You can make a Subject Access Request to your employer to provide you with the information on your background checks.

You can contact Verifile to request contact information for the client if you don't already hold these details.
