WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW


When our client—the company requesting your checks—places an order with us, a Welcome Email is automatically generated and sent to you, which contains a link to set up your profile for your candidate portal. Through this link, you will create your own login details using your email, Facebook, Google, Apple, or Microsoft accounts, or your own custom email address.



We will not send your username and password for your candidate portal via email as the welcome email contains a unique link to set up your account. 

If you cannot locate this welcome email in both your main email inbox and spam folder, we would advise first checking in with the company that requested your checks to ensure they have placed the order with us and for the correct email address.

If your employer confirms they placed the order for your background checks, and you still have not received this link, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resend this email to you.
