Throughout the duration of your background checks, there may be a requirement to provide us with original documents and forms by post.

An example of this may be to enable us to run any overseas checks.

Please only post original documents and forms if we have specifically asked you to do so. We will always provide you with a full explanation for the requirement of the documents being provided in this way.

If you are required to provide documents via post, we recommend using a tracking service or courier company. This is to ensure the safe delivery of your documents to us.

We are only obligated to return original identity documents and not copies.
