Emails have limited security features, therefore it is best practice to password protect documents sent via email.
We advise you to use your VF Candidate Reference Number as a password, so only the recipient (Verifile) can open the document.
Alternatively, you can securely upload any documents to your candidate portal directly by logging in and selecting the relevant check.

Another alternative option is to compress the file into a zip file using software such as Winzip, and add a password to this.
