This article advises the steps to take when the candidate portal doesn't fully load or the loading icon spins when using an iPhone or iPad.
Our thorough testing of the candidate portal has shown that a handful of iPhone or iPad users cannot access the website, it doesn't load, or the loading icon spins without loading the site.
Whilst we are investigating the issue, we have advice to follow to force a load of the portal.

Advanced >
Website Data >
Swipe left on Verifile.co.uk and press Delete.
