• There are error messages on my Background Screening Form. How do I solve these?

Whilst completing the online form, you might receive error messages if there is something that hasn't been completed properly, or if you haven't provided enough information. 



Should there be an error with any part of your form, this will be flagged to you immediately in red text. 

Some examples may be: 

  • There is a mandatory field that has not been completed.
  • Letters or symbols have been entered into the telephone numbers
  • You have not ticked a required box


The error message you receive should detail exactly what you will need to correct. If the error message you have received is unclear, please contact us and we will assist you in finishing the form.
